How best to enjoy Estrel's Caramel Cakes
Our cakes are baked fresh on the day of their scheduled pickup.
- Our cake and frosting are soft and needs to be in a cold environment all the time.
- Please take extra care in handling and transporting the cake to maintain its quality from our shop to your table.

Until you're ready to serve the cake, it's best kept in an air-conditioned room.
It must never be left in a warm or hot area.
Any leftover portion must be refrigerated in a tightly sealed container.
Since they don't have preservatives, we recommend that you enjoy the velvety goodness of Estrel’s Cakes on the same day.
- Transporting it in open vehicles such as motorcycles or pick-up trucks can cause unnecessary damage to the cake.
- Estrel’s will not be responsible for damaged cakes transported by any open vehicle.
